In May 2023, we will be heading on our annual training weekend to Anglesey Outdoor Centre!
This weekend is suitable for all MTC club members from novices to the seasoned triathlete and everyone in between – the weekend is a great chance to enjoy the outdoors and socialise with other members.
Dates: Fri 12th – Sun 14th May 2023
· Location: Anglesey Outdoor Centre, Porthdafarch Rd, Holyhead LL65 2LP, North Wales
· What's included: Bed (Fri and Sat night), breakfast (Sat and Sun) and evening meals (Fri and Sat)

Planned schedule
Friday 20th
Arrive from 17:00
17:30-19:30 Easy run: explore the area / run to beach
20:00 Welcome and evening meal. For those that would like a drink, there's a great pub on site.
Saturday 21st
AM - Rides (split into usual group levels) with lunch stop
Afternoon - Coastal run off the bike, core and stretching. Depending on weather, the sea isn't far away if you fancy getting in for a dip!
19:30 - Evening meal, followed by drinks and a quiz/games (bring your favourite card game, dart throwing arm or snooker tactics!)
Sunday 22nd
AM - Rides (split into usual group levels) with coffee/lunch stop
Rooms have to be emptied by 10am
Pack up and return to Manchester.
All you have to remember is your kit, nutrition for the bike and some money for lunch, the rest is taken care of by the coach and weekend organisers.
