Time - First wave starts at 9am
Race one – 8 and over – 40m swim, 1k bike, 600m run ( any entrants can do this race if they prefer the shorter distance)
Race two – 10 and over – 120m swim, 2k bike, 1200 run
Max age is 14
Price - £16 (includes triathlon entry, disco, and small donation to the club for fund raising purposes)
There are only 40 places available.
